Customer satisfaction is our priority at Azure, should you not be happy with your order you will be eligible for a refund within 10 days of receipt. Items can either be returned or exchanged for store credit provided they are in an unworn condition, labels attached and a proof of purchase has been obtained. 

Azure Attire reserve the right to limit or decline returns or exchanges regardless of whether a customer has a receipt. All refund decisions are made from the criteria above, if Azure decides items are damaged in which the customers at fault or they have failed to meet the returns deadline, a refund will be refused. 

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

Step 1: Contact azureattireco@gmail.com and request a return, providing your order number, items you will be returning as well as your reason for return.

step 2: Once your return has been approved by a member of our team, you have 10 days to package your item in its original packaging with labels attached.

step 3: It can take up to 14 working days for us to receive your return, once your parcel has been approved by our team, a refund will be automatically processed. Please note: refunds may take up to 14 working days to reach your bank.
